Perception vs. Projection

“This whole creation is essentially subjective, and the dream is the theater where the dreamer is at once scene, actor, prompter, stage manager, author, audience, and critic.” –Carl Jung

Your subconscious mind is full of rich symbols. And some of them are subjective.
When you and I perceive "reality," we each make up our own internal representation of what we experience. Meaning I delete, distort and generalize differently to you based on all my internal filters. *MIND BLOWN*

I’m a big fan of Carl Jung and Jungian psychology. He created the field of analytic psychology, and was super-spiritual too.
He said what we perceive is who we are.

It's very simple, but can be tough to accept—even what we perceive outside ourselves, as separate from us, is actually a projection of who we are.

So...When you see everything around you as a learning lesson and not as somebody else's problem, you can experience profound shifts. 🌝
I work with these principles in NLP, part of my coaching toolkit that makes it possible for me to help you change the way you think and your behaviors to successfully achieve your goals and attract what you want.

Schedule a free discovery call with me. We’ll talk about where you’re feeling stuck and how we can make those big shifts easily. When you see everything around you as a learning lesson for you, everything changes.
